Candy that bites back!

Freeze-dried candy tastes sweeter and richer than the original version of the candy. This flavor is due to the loss of water in the freeze drying process. A process that freezes candy at a crazy -40 degrees. Once frozen, it takes 12 - 24 hours to dry each piece. The candy may puff up or "explode" and may no longer look like the original version and have a cosmic crunch. The benefit is intense flavor that is out of this world, light weight, shelf stable for up to 25 years and most of all just FUN!
